These are like rich textural abstract paintings. If I were that sort of painter and they were my pics I might try and paint them, but they are also beautiful just as they are.

Thanks =I=...is part of the passion for taking images...building up a stock of inspiration for the day when i do get some serious time and space to paint - I miss that.

Have traditionally been a super realist style painter...but that always felt way too uptight...consequently been exploring the abstract...one of these days =)

Find it interesting that although I haven't been painting at all - there has still been a shift in the head space around my work...like it's all been composting into something much richer...thank Godness :)

Yes, I also find that I continue to 'evolve', even if I am not doing much practical work. You will have heaps of material to use when you do get back to it :-)
